Diary of a Seeker: Prologue

Objects, entities of unimaginable power, their very existence breaks all the laws of the universe. There is only one item per world, just like a single Seeker or Guardian, Seekers venture into unknown worlds to snatch their items from Guardians, while Guardians do everything in their power to protect them from the wrong hands. Nobody knows how many of them there are, nor who or who created them.

Most likely, if you come across one of these objects you will die the instant your eyes fall on it, but if you are worthy enough not to succumb to its power, you will make the choice; Are you going to be a guardian or a seeker? This will define your life from that moment on, if you choose to be a guardian, the loss of your object will mean your death, but if you decide otherwise you will be forced to travel until your soul goes out completely. I chose this and honestly, I do not regret it.

In the time I was resting from the work I was doing in the mountains, I gathered information on how to make that image that I had in my head about what my home would be like to come true, in the end it was better than I thought, it looked like the mansion of a millionaire European, it had a minimalist style and finished in the purest white marble I could find, but the important thing was below ground level, a huge space opened behind a hidden door in the basement library. The room was larger than the entire house above adding its three floors and was full of marble altars, covered by a layer of glass, all empty, all but one; in it, it rested on a velvety cushion, a gem as deep blue as the ocean and yet as bright as a star. My first object, <The sky´s eye>
